The community center can be rented by residents.  Residents can rent the Community Center for a family member or friend, however, all transactions/communication must be made by the resident and resident must be present at the event.

What the rental includes:

Assembly Room: The larger room with a maximum capacity of 75 people, 75 chairs, 7 – 60″ round tables and 11 – 7′ long.  Use of the stereo equipment (CD/DVD players), use of the food preparation area, access and use of the playground during hours of operation.

Conference Room: The smaller room is to be used for meetings involving 6-8 people. The executive style room includes an oak table with 6 comfortable office chairs, whiteboard and use of food preparation area.

Pool Deck: No renting for parties.  The use of the pool is not permitted during your event.

How to reserve the rental:

Please call 813-973-8064 or visit the Pebble Creek Community Office during the pool hours of operation to check to see if the room is available to rent on the date and time that you are interested in.  Complete the reservation rental agreement packet which can be obtained from any pool attendant.  The community center manager must approve all reservations.

You will need to submit a $200 deposit and rental payment in full (check or money order only) payable to PCHOA with your completed reservation rental agreement packet to the community center manager.

After these steps have been completed you will receive notice of your rental prior to your party to confirm your usage of your community center.
