All trash and other waste materials shall be kept only in closed sanitary containers and stored out of public view. You may set your containers out within 12 hours of scheduled pick-up times.

Q. How do I get to access the pool?

A. Access to the pool is done via a digital keycard. Key fobs can be purchased at the clubhouse for $7/each. Please bring proof of ownership or rental agreement to the clubhouse to purchase your cards.

Q. What days can I water my lawn?

A. Hillsborough County sets the watering restrictions if any.  Please consult their site to find the most current watering restrictions.

Q. How do I report a streetlight that is out or not working properly?

A. Use the TECO online form Streetlight/Area Light to report the outage. You can also call the automated phone system, (813) 223-0800 (Hillsborough County), (863) 299-0800 (Polk County) or (888) 223-0800 (all other counties or out of state).

Q. What colors are available to select from to paint my house?

A. You can go to the Community Center/Pool and look at a book that has our approved colors in them, go to the Sherwin-Williams store in New Tampa at 17331 Dona Michelle Dr. to look at them or you can go online to Sherwin-Williams and look at them. Once you find the color(s) you wish to use, you then submit a paint request.

Q. Do I need to submit a request to paint my house the same color that it is now?

A. Yes you must submit an Architectural Request even if you are wanting to paint your house the same color that it is. Here is the Architectural Review Committee paint request form. *Note: Approved colors do change periodically and there is no guarantee that your existing color is still an approved color.
